Provider and staff training

Onsite and remote training on clinical documentation improvement, coding and billing, compliance, and optimizing workflow. Whether onsite or virtually, our experts engage your group and get them excited (no, really) to discuss coding, billing, clinical documentation improvements, and regulatory guidance specific to your organization. Provider credentialing and enrollment

Our team of experts will credential and enroll providers with commercial and government payers as well as negotiate contracts with managed care payers. We offer flat monthly rates for enrolling new providers and maintaining current credentialing on existing providers as well as individual pricing for credentialing on an as needed basis.

Outsourced revenue cycle management

MediVise offers comprehensive revenue cycle management including preparation, processing, and submission of medical and/or dental claims. Progress is tracked through monthly reporting to the client and cost is a percentage of collections with no hidden fees. Provider credentialing and contract negotiation services are also available for an added fee.

Software conversion and implementation

Our consultants can be a member of your implementation team and available onsite throughout your conversion or implementation of electronic health records and practice management software.  Rates are determined by scope of the project.
